Sarah Martinez Spreading Knowledge Through Spoken Word
Everyone should be familiar with the group Brand Nubian! While looking through my catalog of Brand Nubian music I started listening to one of Grand Puba's album "Retro-Active". I stumbled across a piece of spoken word by "Sarah Martinez" towards the later end of the album. I was blown away by her smooth rhythm and conscious lyrics of modern black society. This piece is full of passion and emotion! Enjoy for those Genuinely love hip-hop!
